Balanz does not have a one size fits all pricing model for the services it provides. Our team recognizes that individual business have unique needs, and our value proposition involves matching our capabilities to your requirements.
However, broadly speaking, we do have several options available to attend to the coverage of our professional services, depending on the style of support we have been engaged to supply.
Fee for Service
Where Balanz is engaged to perform a specific service, we can match our resources to the tasking on a fee for service basis. We will work to determine a realistic timeframe for each stage of the project, and plan a budget to match these milestones. Depending on the complexity of the task and the length of our association, we may seek a commitment fee to ensure that all parties are engaged with the process and expectations. Our professional fees represent fair value for our expertise, and are generally recovered by our clients many times over by the benefits we bring to their financing and advisory needs.
As the name suggests, this model retains Balanz to provide services overtime. We provide ongoing support, attend to management account production and interpretation, bank covenant reporting, and other end-goal related activity. Our support is ‘on tap’ to assist our clients with the sounding board they need to make better informed decisions and troubleshoot issues that may present themselves along the way.
Where Balanz facilitates a significant transaction, either through finance or as part of a corporate advisory service, it may elect to be remunerated by way of a success fee. This fee may represent a portion of the total savings achieved by negotiating a more competitive funding package, or a set fee for its involvement in securing a purchaser or equity partner in the case merger, sale or acquisition activity.
More complex scenarios, such as those involving mergers and acquisitions, require the support of several stakeholders. Depending on the scope of our engagement, we can quarantine certain elements, or project manage an end to end solution. The variables in these differing situations means that we must first engage in a thorough fact find, and then work with you to determine the commercial cost of delivering the outcome.
