Darrell Edwards
Darrell was a career banker with over 33 years in Corporate, Commercial and Business Banking. He then broadened his horizons into Economic Development, Angel Investing, Innovative Startups, Property Development and Childcare. Coming back his core however gives him the most satisfaction. Helping customers get the best deal from lenders, to acquire and grow their business, create wealth, and maximise their potential.

Adam Clark
Adam has 15 years’ experience in banking, most recently as a senior specialist assisting trade and working capital businesses. Prior to entering banking, Adam worked in tax accounting for five years. His advanced knowledge of business life cycles, cash drivers, projections and feasibilities mean he understands business needs and the products and services to best meet those needs. Adam is widely regarded for his friendly manner and his ability to translate complex financial jargon into plain English. Outside work Adam is a Masters Cyclist, competing in track and road racing events and also riding at a more leisurely pace with his wife and two young boys.

Andrew McCleary
Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience working within the finance industry within the areas of Institutional, Corporate and most recently Business Banking. His experience includes working with privately and publicly owned companies to develop finance solutions for key transport infrastructure, growth, acquisitions, and best use of capital strategies. He has sat on due diligence committees for the initial public offering of companies to the ASX, produced cross-border funding solutions and debt funded the acquisition of offshore assets. In addition, he has also worked for a private equity firm on the integration and corporatisation of small business acquisition targets. Andrew is passionate about helping his clients grow their business and their wealth.

Paul Godfrey

Anna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and BAS Agent. She has over 20 years’ experience working in Chartered Accounting firms, large multinational companies and local businesses. Anna has now established her own business providing consulting, accounting and bookkeeping services to businesses across a variety of industries. Anna supports the Balanz team, bringing a wealth of accounting experience and knowledge.

Katherine Ure
Katherine has over 15 years experience in the professional services sector. Having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in external audit, she undertook further studies before continuing to assist corporate clients Australia-wide in a specialist area of tax consulting for a number of years. Most recently Katherine held a strategic role for over 5 years in a unique and complex large-scale property development and operations project. In everything she does, Katherine is passionate about supporting individuals and businesses to achieve their goals.

Darren Elderton
Darren has 20+ years’ retail, commercial and specialist banking experience across a range of industries. Katie Ervine
Katie is a graduate from Massey University (New Zealand) with a Bachelor of Agribusiness. Having majored in International Agribusiness, she is knowledgeable in navigating the international food, feed, and fibre market, with firsthand experience working for and with export focused clients.
